Modern Sealer protects pavement while embedding solid carbon into the surface. This durable coating improves visual contrast and resists UV damage, extending pavement life by blocking oxidation, moisture, and thermal stress.
Unlike traditional sealants, Modern’s formula reduces binder use by replacing some petroleum binder with carbon, meaning it is stable, inert, and safe for the environment.
