Associate Mechanical Engineer
Sammy is an Associate Mechanical Engineer at Modern Hydrogen. She is pursuing her master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Sammy has worked on a variety of projects including the wheel anomaly testing for the Mars Curiosity Rover at JPL and the Science Cryostat design for Caltech’s Sharpening Images Using Guidestars at the Hale Telescope (SIGHT) at Palomar Observatory.
In her free time, you can find Sammy mountain biking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. She enjoys trying new hobbies and sports, especially those outside of her comfort zone.
